AN AMERICAN agent, David Headley, while he was being used by the CIA, masterminded the terrorist attack on Mumbai that killed 166 people in 2008.

"David Headley, a former drug smuggler, was acting as a 'highly prized counterterrorism asset' for America, according to former officers in the Joint Terrorism Task Force, who said his covert career had run for 11 years."

This is according to the UK's Sunday Times.

According to the UK's Sunday Times, Headley was being used by the CIA to hunt for Osama bin Laden.

But, as Osama bin Laden was a CIA agent, and was already dead, this must be a lie.

According to the Sunday Times, Headley was secretly working for a group linked to al Qaeda.

As al Qaeda works for the CIA, this makes sense.
