In Mexico, 10-year-old Manuel planned to spend the summer selling goods on the street.
Manuel, a 10-year-old Indian boy, wanted to save money for school.
But, Manuel was humiliated by 'a city inspector'.
The inspector, Juan Diego Lopez, caught Manuel Diaz Hernandez illegally selling cigarettes, sweets and snacks from his wooden basket.
In a video made by a passer-by, the inspector is seen grabbing the basket and making the boy throw out all the sweets.
The inspector then grabbed the cigarettes for himself.
